Right eye visual disturbance
TECHNIQUE:
Head MR angiography using non-contrast 3-D time-of-flight axial slab imaging.
Post-processing including 3D volumetric MIP
FINDINGS:
There is normal flow signal in the vertebral basilar system.
There is normal flow signal in the posterior cerebral arteries bilaterally.
There is normal flow signal in the intracranial internal carotid and middle cerebral arteries bilaterally.
There is normal flow signal in the A1 and A2 segments of the anterior cerebral arteries.
There is flow signal in the anterior communicating artery.
There is no evidence for vascular occlusion or aneurysm formation in the vessels of the circle of Willis.
